Colonic Irrigation
- What is a Colonic or Colon Hydrotherapy?
Using purified water, the colon is cleansed via a specialized
instrument which is inserted into the anus. Water is slowly added
and release
taking with it the wastes in the colon. A Colonic lasts for
approximately
30 to 40 minutes. During the Colonic, water temperatures are
alternated
to stimulate the most efficient cleaning of the colon.
Why use Colonic irrigations?
Colonic irrigation can be seen with more consistent bowel movements,
